PolitiCalendar.com is committed to protecting your privacy and has developed a policy to address privacy concerns about using the PolitiCalendar.com website ("site"), as well as the following terms and conditions, all of which you are deemed to have accepted by using the site.

CUSTOMER PAGES

PolitiCalendar.com will issue customers a password and account designation upon request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session, and (b) immediately notify PolitiCalendar.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. PolitiCalendar.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these agreed undertakings by you.
Your registration information is used only to display appropriate resources. Except as implied by the "Campaign Finance Disclosures" paragraph below, or as authorized by you in creating a public profile in the profile set-up section of the site, PolitiCalendar.com keeps all of your personal information private and does not share it with any third parties. Aggregate (statistical and demographic) information of site users may be collected and used for any purpose by PolitiCalendar, but such information will not identify any specific user. Minors are not eligible to use the site, and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.

TERMINATION

PolitiCalendar.com may terminate your access to any part or all of its services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to violations of the "Use of Content" paragraph below.

CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURES

Campaign finance laws require candidates for many offices to use best efforts to collect and report each contributor's full name and address, principal occupation, job title, and full name of employer. To the extent that PolitiCalendar is a conduit for contributions to political candidates, it will collect and disclose any information deemed to be required by law. Contributions to candidates for judicial, legislative, and executive offices are aggregated by family (including spouses and minor children) for purposes of contribution limitations, especially if an adult in the family is a member or employee of a law firm. Accordingly, PolitiCalendar collects the information from contributors deemed necessary to allow campaigns to fulfill their campaign finance reporting obligations; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that campaigns for whom PolitiCalendar collects contributions (1) are solely responsible for all reporting required by Chapter 254 of the Texas Election Code or other applicable law, and (2) are solely responsible for compliance with campaign contribution limitation statutes. If contributions made to a particular candidate through PolitiCalendar aggregate to exceed the individual, family, law firm, or committee limitations imposed by law (whether through PolitiCalendar or when combined with other contributions to the candidate), it is the sole responsibility of the candidate or campaign to recognize the excessive contribution and return the excess as required by law.

SOURCES OF CONTENT

Whereas content for the site is largely supplied by users and campaigns (third party content providers), PolitiCalendar relies on the honor and integrity of users to post only legitimate information about campaigns and events. PolitiCalendar engages in reasonable verification of the authority of posters of information, but assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or integrity of information posted on the site. Reports to PolitiCalendar of erroneous or inaccurate information, or alleged mischief, sabotage, hateful speech or inappropriate content, shall be investigated pending potential removal of the alleged offending information, but PolitiCalendar shall bear no responsibility or liability for publication of erroneous or offending information posted by others. Users who create campaign profiles and post events specifically acknowledge, warrant and represent that they are fully authorized to do so and that all information provided to PolitiCalendar (with the exception of banking information) may be posted on the site and is requested to be published for public consumption.

USE OF CONTENT

The content is made available for downloading solely for use by registrants and their friends or colleagues with whom they may occasionally choose to share the content to the extent that it is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media. Wholesale reproduction or redistribution of the content (as determined by PolitiCalendar in its discretion) is expressly prohibited and may result in the perpetrator being barred from the site. Subject to the above conditions and limitations, permission to use content from this site is granted, provided that the following copyright notice appears in any re-publication:
